As part of our commitment to a diverse workplace, AAA employees can join a Regional Diversity Council or an Employee Resource Group. Through events and discussions these groups work to empower the diverse workforce of our company, serve our Members and support business goals.

Volunteerism & Community Outreach

Each year, 65% of our employees volunteer thousands of hours of service to the community. Our volunteer efforts earned us a Points of Light Foundation Award — the "Oscar" for volunteerism.
