Bodily Injury Liability Provides coverage when you are legally liable for injury or death caused by your vehicle. Minimum coverage of $15,000 per person / $30,000 per occurrence required by state law.
Medical Provides coverage for reasonable medical and hospital costs if you or your passengers are injured as the result of an auto accident, no matter who is at fault. This coverage is optional.
Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Provides coverage if you, covered family members, or passengers are injured or killed in an accident involving a legally liable uninsured or underinsured driver. This protection also includes Uninsured Motorists Car Damage coverage, which may pay you up to $3,500 for damages to your vehicle if you do not have collision coverage, or your collision deductible may be waived.
